Category definition & Eligibility criteria:

1. The Participant for an emerging entrepreneur /leader should have contributed significantly towards the business and is an inspiration to the youth.
2. The Participant should be up to 35 years of age as on December 31, 2022
3. The Participant Should have completed at least 1 year with the current organization and should have at least 7 years of overall work experience within the industry.
4. Designations of the participant must be CEO/ Founder or equivalent
5. The Participating organization who has a presence in India for at least 2 years as on December 31, 2022
6. The Participating organization should have a registered presence in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi respectively
7. Employees and immediate family members of the Awards Management, sponsors and partners of the Awards are not allowed to participate
8. The final eligibility of the Nominees will be subject to the discretion and approval of the Jury
